German state Hessen issues PPP contract notice for riot police refurbishment

German state Hessen has issued a public private partnership (PPP) contract notice for the refurbishment of the Riot Police.

The PPP project will involve the refurbishment of Riot Police Department III in Mülheim and the Riot Police Department IV in Kassel. It will include the following tasks:

  • building construction work,
  • demolition, site preparation and clearance work,
  • office block construction work,
  • civic center construction work,
  • police station construction work,
  • renting or leasing services of own property,
  • industrial property services, and
  • architectural, engineering and planning services.

Interested parties have to submit their request to participate, in German, on or before March 18, 2016.
