GCP appoints Head of Investment Funds

Gravis Capital Partners LLP (GCP), the specialist investment advisory firm, has announced that it has hired Dion Di Miceli as Head of Investment Funds.

He will work with the Boards of GCP-managed funds, their investors and advisers.

Dion has over 15 years of experience working with Boards, investors and managers of investment funds advising on and structuring a broad range of transactions covering IPOs, secondary issuance, mergers and corporate transactions.

He recently was Cenkos Securities senior corporate adviser to the investment funds sector.

Stephen Ellis, co-founding Partner at GCP, commented:

"With our long-term approach to investment having now taken GCP's listed funds under management to well over £1 billion, we are delighted to bolster the strength and depth of our team - and broaden our client service offering - through the recruitment of such an experienced adviser to the investment funds sector. Our client Boards and investors will benefit from Dion's considerable expertise through which he has advised funds on some of the largest and most innovative capital raises in recent years, including the IPOs of GCP Student Living and Project Finance Investments and secondary share issuance for GCP Infrastructure Investments."

Dion Di Miceli added:

"Having worked alongside GCP in structuring and developing its existing range of fund products, I greatly look forward to working with the portfolio managers and client Boards in continuing to deliver to their shareholders and in helping GCP identify new product opportunities over time."
