Florianópolis publishes feasibility study for marina concession
The city of Florianópolis has published the feasibility studies for a marina concession and urban park on Avenida Beira Mar Norte.
Studies obtained via Request for Expression of Interest (PMI) have been undertaken by ARK7 Architects.
The project involves the construction, operation and maintenance of the marina and urban park. The project will enable the berthing of small and medium-sized vessels, as well as the construction of parking and land recreation areas, located on Avenida Journalist Rubens de Arruda Ramos, known as Avenida Beira Mar Norte.
The estimated investment for the project is estimated at BRL13 million (US$4 million) for the first 10 years of the concession whose term would be 25 years.
Those interested in submitting questions and comments on the feasibility studies may do so on or before November 9, directly on the website of Florianópolis City Hall.
