Five investment schemes expressed interest for Logistics Park development in Greece

The Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund announced that five investment schemes have expressed interest in the public international tender for the development, operation and maintenance of a Logistics Park in the area “Spilies”, in the Municipality of Fyli, Greece.

Interest was expressed by the following schemes:

  1. Aegean Oil S.A;
  2. "Newsphone hellas s.a. audiotex” - “Call center Hellas s.a.” – “Athens communications & information center s.a.” - “Levante express ltd” – “Planning Management Consultants s.a.” - “Varvarigos p. & co o.e.” Consortium;
  3. Fincop Infrastructure Ltd;
  4. Goldair cargo s.a. international forwarding and logistics; and
  5. Orphefs Veinoglou International Forwarders S.A

The selected investor will be responsible for the financing, design, permitting, development, construction, operation, maintenance, and long-term management of the Logistics Park under a concession agreement lasting at least 35 years. The park, spanning approximately 437,000 sq m, will function as a modern and sustainable logistics hub.
