Fengate Capital promotes Pranav Pandya to Chief Financial Officer

Fengate has announced the promotion of Pranav Pandya to Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately.

Mr. Pandya will assume responsibility for global finance and accounting, and will provide oversight, leadership and direction for investor relations, corporate development and strategic planning.

Founded in 1974, Fengate began as a real estate business in Ontario, Canada. Since then, it have become one of Canada’s leading real asset investment firms, with a diverse portfolio of real estate, infrastructure and private equity assets in North America, the United Kingdom and Australia.

President and CEO Lou Serafini said:
