Fengate Capital expands its facility management team

Fengate Capital Management Ltd., which has invested $540 million in 22 privately financed infrastructure projects,  has announced the restructuring and expansion of its Infrastructure Facility Management Team.

Fengate has developed new roles and added several new professionals.

Under the direction of Marco Di Carlantonio, Executive Director, and Robert Mayhew, VP Facility Management, the facility management team provides management and support to Fengate Capital's 22 infrastructure projects and assets across Canada.

In addition, the facility management team provides support to Fengate Capital's bid/transaction team on active pursuits in Canada and the U.S.

Fengate Capital has created a new role within the facility management team to address performance management, which will provide an increased focus on the performance of service providers at each site, the facility performance managers.

Ms. Nichole Hussey has been promoted to the position of Facility Performance Manager. Nichole joined the firm in April 2013, after working with Johnson Controls at the Toronto South Detention Centre.

Fengate Capital also welcomes Ms. Jennifer Laurin to the team, also in the role of Facility Performance Manager. Jennifer will manage the facility performance of all of Fengate Capital's Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) for the various infrastructure projects.

Mr. Rob McConnell as been appointed as Facility Operations Director,  joining the team on May 5. Rob will be responsible for the facility management and operations for all of Fengate Capital's SPVs on the various infrastructure projects.

Fengate Capital has opened a new office in Vancouver, British Columbia to serve as the headquarters for its operations in Western Canada. In support of the firm's operations in Canada's western provinces, Fengate Capital has hired Mrs. Jennifer Trost and Mr. Patrick Freer.

Mrs. Jennifer Trost has been appointed Facility Operations Director, Western Canada to lead Fengate Capital's infrastructure initiatives in the western Canadian provinces.

Mr. Patrick Freer has also joined the Infrastructure Asset Management group as Fengate Capital's new Owner Representative, Fort St. James Green Energy Project. Patrick's role will include liaison with the firm's partners on the Fort St. James project to ensure that project deliverables are met and that the project is completed on time and on budget.

Ms. Amy Brown has joined the facility management team in the role of Assistant Facility Management Coordinator. Amy has transferred to Burlington from the Toronto office, where she has provided executive assistance to the infrastructure team for the past 10 years.
