The Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF) has announced that expressions of interest have been submitted for the concession of two marinas and for the sale of 100% of TRAINOSE S.A., the greek national rail operator.
HRADF announced that three investment groups expressed their interest to acquire 100% of TRAINOSE S.A. shares.
Additionally, eleven international and domestic investors expressed their interest for the management concession agreement of the Marinas of Chios island and/or Pylos.
The name of the bidders have not been made public.
TRAINOSE is engaged in the provision of traction services for the rail transportation of passengers and freight, the development, organisation and exploitation of urban, suburban, regional, extra-urban and international railway transportation of passengers and freight, as well as bus transportation or combined transportation of passengers and freight and the provision of logistics services of any nature.
