Espiritu Santo launches tender for concession of citizen service projects

Brazillian state of Espírito Santo, through the Secretaria de Gestão e Recursos Humanos, has launched a tender process for the administrative concession of citizen service projects, called Faça Fácil.
The object of the contract is the implementation, management, operation and maintenance of three fixed units of Faça Fácil located in the municipalities of Serra, Itapemirim and Colac. The contract also includes the operation, management and maintenance of the fixed unit located in Cariacica.
Proposals must be submitted by 19 August 2013.
The term of the contract will be 12 years and its estimated value is R $ 833,150,000.00 (US$369 million).

Rodovias do Tiete issues $500 million 15-year bonds
On 5 July the Concessionaire Rodovias do Tiete (São Paulo - Brazil), formed by Ascendi (50%) and Atlantia-Bertin Participações (50 %), issued approximately R$1.1 billion bonds. The bonds were issued with a 15 year tenor on a tax exempt basis under the Brazilian government's infrastructure investment incentive programme. Read more -
