The Abu Dhabi Investment Office (ADIO) in collaboration with Khalifa University (KU) has launched a Request for Expression of Interest (RFEOI) for the development of the Student Housing public-private partnership (PPP) project in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
The project involves delivering the accommodation and associated facilities for 3,250 students at both the main and Sas Al Nakhl (SAN) campuses. The project will be developed under the design, build, finance, maintenance and transfer (DBFMT) model of PPP. The Project will be executed by a special purpose vehicle (project company), the successful developer will own 100% of the Project Company.
