Egypt tenders schools PPP

The Ministry of Education and Vocational Education of Egypt, with the technical assistance of the PPP Central Unit of the Ministry of Finance, has launched an Invitation for Prequalification seeking interested firms to enter in a PPP contract to design, build, finance, operate, and maintain (DBFOM) Advanced PPP Language Schools.

The ownership of the assets shall be transferred back to the Ministry of Education and Vocational Education in a perfect operational condition at the end of the contract duration in accordance with the criteria set out in the PPP Contract.

Prospective bidders may be individual companies or consortia. The Prequalification criteria are described in the Prequalification Documents.

The Prequalification Documents will be sent electronically in response to a formal request from interested companies or consortia to the email address below: Email:pppnewschools@mof.gov.eg.

The deadline for submission of prequalification applications is 3pm Cairo time on 21 September, 2016.
