The Red Sea Ports Authority (RSPA), a subsidiary of Egypt's ministry of transportation, has launched a tender process for the development of a yachts marina and logistics area at Sharm el-Sheikh sea port through a PPP project.
The project will be developed on 66,700 m² of land on a build-operate-transfer (BOT) basis.
The port is located in Sharm el-Sheikh city, which is situated on the southern tip of the Sinai Peninsula, in South Sinai Governorate, Egypt, on the coastal strip along the Red Sea.
Interested parties must submit theirs proposals on or before 30 November 2014.
