EDF Energies Nouvelles announced on 15 July a partnership with Diamond Generating Europe (Mitsubishi Corporation Group) to build four wind farms with 72 MW in total capacity in northern France. Upon completion of the transaction, each partner will have a 50% interest in the joint venture holding the four projects.

EDF Energies Nouvelles will oversee construction of the four wind farms located in the Aisne, Pas-de-Calais and Nord departments of northern France and provide asset management services after the commissioning of the projects scheduled for 2014.
