Deutsche Bank announced last week it has hired Armin Rothauser as Managing Director and Head of Transportation, Infrastructure & Energy Finance.
He will divide his time between Frankfurt, London and New York and report to Tom Cheung and Dan Pietrzak, Co-Heads of Structured Credit. Rothauser will join the Bank in November.
Rothauser joins from Goldman Sachs, where he spent six years, most recently as managing director and global head of hard asset trading, managing and trading risk in the aviation, shipping, rail, and infrastructure sectors.
Prior to Goldman Sachs, he traded distressed and structured credit at RBS. He started at Deutsche Bank, with Bankers Trust, as a credit derivatives trader.
