Deutsche Bank has announced that Stephen Paine will join the bank as Global Head of Infrastructure and Utilities.
Paine joins from UBS where he spent over 20 years, most recently as Global Head of Infrastructure, Power & Utilities.
Paine will join following a period of gardening leave and will be based in London. He will report to Karl Altenburg, Co-Head of Corporate Finance EMEA, and Paul Stefanick, Global Head of Investment Banking, Coverage & Advisory.
Altenburg and Stefanick said:

In his previous role, Paine worked on financing, privatisations, advisory, M&A and equity raising transactions in the power, utility, post, logistics, rail, road, port, PFI/PPP and airport sectors.
Paine holds an MBA from INSEAD, Fontainebleau and a Law degree from the University of Cambridge.
