The office announced in the Aug. 15 issue of its newsletter that it had issued its final RFP for the advsiory services.

Candidates can send questions through Aug. 30 and obtain the RFP by visiting the office’s website, selecting “Electronic Opportunities” and looking under the open opportunities for “RFP — DC OP3 Advisory Services — Open.” Responses are due Sept. 16.

The office also announced that it has submitted its draft procurement rules and guidelines to the District of Columbia Council for review. The draft rules explain the proposed process for developing, soliciting, evaluating, awarding, delivering and providing oversight of solicited and unsolicited P3s.
