The Government of Corumba has launched winners for Corumba public lighting public-private partnership (PPP) project in Brazil.
The winner was the Concip Corumbá Consortium formed by Sigma Engenharia Indústria e Comércio LTDA and Sitran Sinalização de Transito Industrial LTDA. The consortium submitted a proposal with a maximum discount of 34.68% of the maximum price indicated in the notification, which was BRL540,000 (US$108,323). The consortium is also to invest BRL89 million (US$17.8 million) in the installation, development, modernization, improvement, expansion, energy efficiency, operation and maintenance of the municipal public lighting network.
The Concip Corumbá Consortium received a service concession for 15 years. Corumba public lighting project involves the installation, development, modernization, improvement, expansion, energy efficiency, operation and maintenance of the municipal public lighting network in Corumba, Brazil.
The governments of Brazil and the state of Minas Gerais have awarded the Comporte Participações consortium a concession to operate and maintain the Belo Horizonte Metro in Brazil.
