The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) has issued a request for expression of interest (RFEOI) to hire consultants for the development of technical assistance projects for the second generation of reforms in the Armenia's water sector.
There are currently in Armenia five water companies which are managed by three private operators. The Armenia State Committee on Water Economy has delegated the management of state water and sewerage infrastructure to the following companies:
All these Public-Private Partnership (PPP) contracts expire in May 2016 and will be subject to new tenders.
Specifically, the consultants will:The assignment is expected to start in March 2015 and has an estimated overall duration of 14 months. The total cost of the assignment is €600,000.
Interested parties must submit their EOIs on or before 3 December 2014.
