The NSW Government has selected CPB Contractors, the construction company of the CIMIC Group to deliver the main works construction on the Nepean Hospital Redevelopment Stage 2 project in Australia.
The selected company will be responsible for the redevelopment, expansion and upgradation of Nepean Hospital and community-based services in New. The scope of the project involves the construction of a new clinical tower, the refurbishment of other buildings and the upgrade of stormwater and support services.
The AUD1 billion (US$690 million) project includes:
The project will generate revenue of approximately AUD260 million (US$179.43 million) to CPB Contractors. The construction works will commence in 2023.
