Are you interested in investing oppotunities in infrastructure in Poland? The Polish economy has had a relatively good performance compared to the backdrop of the region of Central and Eastern Europe as well as the entire European Union. Even in 2009 the Polish economy grew with positive rates (the only country in Europe).
The country represents a good opportunity for contractors and infrastructure developers because it has the need of basic infrastructure and it is receiving a good amount of EU funds. In addition to that, some PPP projects are starting to flourish.
On 24 April, Deloitte did a presentation in Madrid explaining those opportunities. We want to share their presentation because it has valuable information that may be of your interest.
We also want you to know that the following PPP projects are in tender phase:
- Energy from waste (EfW) PPP project in Zawiercie (Deadline: 11 May 2012)- Lodz stadium PPP (Deadline: 7 May 2012)- DÄ…browa Górnicza PPP highway project- Municipal housing PPP in Krakow (Deadline: 23 May 2012)- Underground parking Biskupi Square in Krakow (Deadline: 7 May 2012)
