Le Touquet-Paris-Plage Government, in France has awarded to the consortium formed by Natixis, SPIE Batignolles and Cofely the public-private partnership (PPP) contract for the renovation of the Congress Centre and the construction of a conference room in Le Touquet-Paris-Plage.
The PPP contract was signed on July 28th.
The contracts involves the design, construction, financing, technical operations (servicing, maintenance) and the renewal of the existing installations of the Congress Centre and the conference room.
The construction works will aim to improve the commercial operation of the equipment and allow simultaneous occupation by different uses. New facilities will be able to accommodate 300 to 450 people.
The total investment for the project will reach €25.7 million (US$28.6 million) and the concession contract will run over 20 years.
