The Private Investment Promotion Agency (PROINVERSIÓN) has called the Comprehensive Projects Contest for the concession delivery of the “Operation and Maintenance of the New Emergency Hospital of Villa El Salvador” in Lima, Peru.
The project, which requires an estimated investment of US$114 million, will be concessioned through the Public-Private Partnership modality with a duration of 15 years and consists of financing the operation and maintenance of the hospital.
The project involves providing Gray Coat services for the operation and maintenance of general services (food, laundry, cleaning, biosecurity, security, and comprehensive surveillance). The scope also includes the maintenance of the building, facilities, electromechanical equipment, as well as clinical and non-clinical equipment associated with the infrastructure. The initiative aims to reduce waiting times for hospital care, ensuring the continuity of quality healthcare for over a million inhabitants in the Health Directorate II Lima Sur jurisdiction. Specifically, the project benefits the Villa El Salvador-Lurín Network, covering districts such as Villa El Salvador, Lurín, Pachacamac, and five other coastal districts in southern Lima.
