Colombia shortlists 10 teams for three road concessions

Colombian National Infrastructure Agency (ANI) has announced the shortlists for three road PPP projects part of the 4G Concessions Program.

The concessions and the teams selected are:

Villavicencio - Yopal corridor: with an estimated investment of US$815 million and length of 260 km. Tender documents can be found at: https://www.contratos.gov.co/consultas/detalleProceso.do?numConstancia=13-19-1914079

The list of ten consortia qualified for the next phase of the tender process is the following:

  • Cass Constructores y Compañia SCA (20 %), Carlos Alberto Solarte Solarte (20 %), Controladora de Operaciones de Infraestructuras SA (35 %), ALCA Ingenieria SAs (5 %) and Latinoamericana de Construcciones SA (20 %)
  • China Gezhouba Group Company Ltd Sucursal Colombia (50 %) and Benton SAs (50 %)
  • Mario Alberto Huertas Cotes (37.5%), Constructora Meco Sociedad Anónima Sucursal Colombia (12.5%), Construcción y Administración SA CASA (25 %) and Hidalgo y Hidalgo SA Sucursal Colombia (25 %)
  • Episol S.A.S (60%) and Colombia de Licitaciones y Concesiones SAS (40 %)
  • Coninsa Ramón SA (5%), SP Ingenieros (20%), Procopal SA (5%), Cointer Concesiones (20%), Construcciones Rubau Colombia (20%),  Sinohydro Group (25%), Explanan Sa (2.5 %) and Ingenieria y Vias SAS (2.5 %)

The list of ten consortia qualified for the next phase of the tender process is the following:

  • Mario Alberto Huertas Cotes (37.5%), Constructora Meco Sociedad Anónima Sucursal Colombia (12.5%), Construcción y Administración SA CASA (25 %) and Hidalgo y Hidalgo SA Sucursal Colombia (25 %)
  • Cass Constructores y Compañia SCA (20 %), Carlos Alberto Solarte Solarte (20 %), Controladora de Operaciones de Infraestructuras SA (35 %), ALCA Ingenieria SAs (5 %) and Latinoamericana de Construcciones SA (20 %)
  • PSF Concesión Conexión Autopista Sur
  • Vincc de Nariño
  • EP Rumichaca Pasto

The list of ten consortia qualified for the next phase of the tender process is the following:

  • CSS Constructores SA (40 %), Controladora de Operaciones de Infraestructuras SA (35 %), ALCA Ingenieria SAs (5 %) and Latinoamericana de Construcciones SA (20 %)
  • China Gezhouba Group Company Ltd Sucursal Colombia (50 %) and Benton SAs (50 %)
  • Coninsa Ramón SA (5%), SP Ingenieros (20%), Procopal SA (5%), Cointer Concesiones (20%), Construcciones Rubau Colombia (20%),  Sinohydro Group (25%), Explanan Sa (2.5 %) and Ingenieria y Vias SAS (2.5 %)
  • Termotécnica Coindustrial S.A (25%), HB Estructuras Metálicas (25%), Compañía de Iluminaciones Espaciales SA (25 %) and Fábrica de Estructuras SADE Eléctricas (25 %)
  • Construcción y Administración SA CASA (35 %) and Hidalgo y Hidalgo SA (65 %)
