Colombia's national infrastructure agency (ANI) has approved an unsolicited proposal for “Accesos Norte de Bogotá”, a road PPP project that aims to improve the accessibility of north Bogota.
The unsolicited proposal has been submitted by Consorcio Promesa de Sociedad Futura, which is made up Integra de Colombia SAS, Castro Tcherassi S.A., Civilia S.A., Ofinsa Inversiones SAS, Equipo Universal S.A. and Mincivil S.A.
The project involves the expansion of several stretches along three roads: Autopista Norte, Carrera Séptima and Variante de Cajicá. It includes the upgrade and maintenance of a total of 53 km.
The total project investment is estimated at P457.896 million (US$155.2 million).
Last week we reported that ANI announced the companies competing for the tender process for the construction of the Bogotá-Girardot PPP-PI project, which is a public-private partnership under a private initiative scheme.
