Coimbra launches car park concession

The Municipality of Coimbra, Portugal, has launched a tender process for a car park concession in the Convention Cultural Center located at the Convent of St. Francisco.

The project will involves the development, finance, operation and maintenance of the new facilities.

Coimbra city is the third-largest urban center in Portugal and it is the largest city of the district of Coimbra, the Centro region and the Baixo Mondego subregion. About 460,000 people live in the Região de Coimbra, comprising 19 municipalities.

Interested parties must submit their application in Portuguese on or before 12 May 2015.
