The consortium of China Construction Seventh Engineering Pision Corp. Ltd. and CSCSC Xinjiang Construction Engineering Co. Group Ltd., subsidiaries of China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC), have recently signed the PPP contract for the Han Cultural Exposition Park Project in Hanzhong City.

The project is the key cultural project built in the Han Cultural Ecological Tourism Demonstration Area, including such works as Han Cultural State Guesthouse, East Wing Resettlement Building, Baofeng Road and surrounding secondary main roads of landscapes, etc.

The new cultural park will be developed under the public private partnership (PPP) model. The total project investment is estimated at CNY1.9 billion (US$290 million).

Hanzhong is a prefecture-level city in the southwest of Shaanxi province. The total population in approximately 3.85 million, residing in a municipal territory of 27,246 square kilometers.
