Brussels tenders housing PPP

Société du Logement de la Région de Bruxelles-Capitale, the Brussels housing company, has launched a tender process for a housing PPP project.

The project will involve the development of approximately 500 middle-class houses in Brussels-Capital region. Interested parties have to submit proposals for a minimum of 50 units. 

The total project investment is estimated at €197 million (US$217 million). It will cover project development and land acquisition.

Brussels-Capital region is a region of Belgium comprising 19 municipalities, including the City of Brussels. The region has a population of 1.2 million and a metropolitan area with a population of over 1.8 million, the largest in Belgium.

Interested parties must submit their request to participate on or before May 25. See tender announcement:
