Bristol tenders car park PPP

The University Hospitals Bristol NHS Foundation Trust, who is in charge of eight hospitals in the centre and south of Bristol and is responsible for providing general medical and emergency services to the local population, has launched a tender to develop a car park in Bristol, UK.

More concretely, the University Hospitals Bristol NHS Foundation Trust seeks a bidder for the contract to design, build, finance and operate contract for demolition and construction of a 820 space Multi Storey car park and 400 space secure cycle store.

The contract will include provision of temporary parking and operation of the car park. The expected investment reaches £50 million (US$72 million).

Time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is 25th of May 2016, 12:00 (local time)
