On 18 April 2013, the Conseil General du Loriet awarded DV Construction (Bouygues Group) the construction of five schools in Loiret, France under a Public private partnership contract.

DV Construction group was chosen after a call for tenders in 2011, including the submission of final offers conducted in November 2012. Caisse des Dépôts has a 30% participation in the project company. This translates into a capital of €9 million.

The PPP was chosen by the Conseil General du Loriet as the best option for the construction and developing of the secondary schools: 19% savings in capital costs, 20% in financing and 48% in operation.

The total investment for the project will be € 100 million. The construction will be carried out in a timely way and two colleges will be delivered in 2014 and three in 2015.
