Fabienne Viala, western area CEO of Bouygues Energies & Services, will be appointed as Chairman of Bouygues UK.
Fabienne Viala will replace Madani Sow in summer 2016. Olivier-Marie Racine, deputy CEO of the global Bouygues Construction business, is acting as chairman of UK operations until that happens.
In 2008 Madani Sow was appointed as Chairman of Bouygues UK and Warings, the two Bouygues Construction subsidiaries operating in the building sector in the UK. Madani Sow began his career at Bouygues Construction when he joined Bouygues Bâtiment International as a site engineer for Riyadh University in December 1981.
Fabienne Viala joined the Bouygues group in 1987, later in 2015, she was appointed CEO of Bouygues Energies & Services for the western regions of France.
