The redevelopment of Currie Park, according to the construction drawings and technical specifications, which includes a resiliency hub/events building with offices, meeting space and restrooms; sports courts, pedestrian plaza, site lighting, landscaping, irrigation, shade structures, seawall replacement with rip rap, tidal amphitheater, waterfront lagoon, beach area, overlooks, fishing pier, living shoreline, boat launch, pavilion, play areas, plazas and various additional amenities. Funds for this project are derived from multiple federal grants and therefore the successful Contractor must comply with federal guidelines.
