Bidders Day announced for fifth batch of PF2 schools

UK's Education Funding Agency (EFA) has announced the bidders' day for the fifth Priority School Building Programme (PSBP) private finance batch.

The PSBP midlands private finance batch comprises 8 secondary schools, the first school being Top Valley Academy in Nottingham. The bidders' day will take place at Top Valley Academy on Wednesday 26 March 2014 and there will be an option to tour the school site. The bidders' day will provide an opportunity to hear more about this batch and details of how interested parties can get involved.

Registration will be open from 10am at Top Valley Academy and the event will start at 10:45am. It is expected that the presentations will finish by midday at which time guided tours of the site will be available.

UK's Education Funding Agency (EFA) recently announced that the award of the first batch of privately financed priority schools to a joint venture between Interserve and Kajima.

Shortlists have been announced for batch two and three of the programme and pre-qualifications were recently requested for batch four.
