On April 25th, sixteen consortia have submitted expressions of Interest in Bogotá for the Public-Private Partnership contract for the financing, construction, rehabilitation, improvement, operation and maintenance of the Loboguerrero - Mulaló and Cali - Dagua - Loboguerrero corridor located in the department of Valle del Cauca.
