The Centre d'étude de l'énergie nucléaire, a Belgian research center, has issued a tender process to carry out a housing PPP project.

The project involves the upgrade of a residential area located between Sckcen and Vito. The residential will be rented for a long term.

The preferred bidder will be responsible for the design, build, finance and maintenance of the residential facilities for a period between 20 years and 30 years.

Interested parties must submit their request to participate on or before 7 August 2015.

In late March we reported that the Conseil communal de la Ville de Bruxelles selected the BAM - Ghelamco consortium as the preferred bidder to build and operate a footbal stadium in the city of Brussels. The total project investment is estimated at €315 million.
