Bavarian town seeks interest for city hall PPP

The German town of Bad Neustadt has issued a request for expressions of interest (REOI) for the development of a new city hall trough a public private partnership (PPP) project.

The project will be developed in an area of 4110 m². The new city hall will have, among others, high-quality event and conference rooms, as well as the necessary ancillary spaces.

The project involves the construction, finance, operation and maintenance of the new facility for a period of 25 years.

The total project investment is estimated at about €10 million (US$12.5 million)

Bad Neustadt is a town in northern Bavaria, Germany. It is the capital of the Rhön-Grabfeld district in Lower Franconia. It is situated 30 km north of Schweinfurt, and 47 km southeast of Fulda.

Interested parties must submit their EOIs on or before 29 December 2014.
