BAM Group appoints senior executives

On 25 June 2013, BAM PPP has appointed Mr P.R.E. Snippe with effect from 1 July 2013 as a finance director of BAM PPP bv. Patrick Snippe  is currently investor relations manager and manager mergers and acquisitions of Royal BAM Group nv.

The Executive Board of Royal BAM Group has also appointed Mr J.A. van Galen investor relations manager and manager mergers and acquisitions of Royal BAM Group nv with effect from 1 July 2013. Joost van Galen is currently senior controller of the Group.

    Eteck (www.eteck.nl) and DG Infra (www.dginfra.com) have signed a cooperation agreement to invest in building a portfolio of heat-exchange projects. DG Infra will provide long-term financing which will enable Eteck to respond flexibly to market opportunities for renewable energy systems in a market that is currently in full transformation. This collaboration is in response to the needs of the SME for alternatives or in addition to traditional bank loans to finance their growth. Read more
