BAM appoints Director Strategy

BAM Group has appointed Mr M.G.T. van Kruijsbergen as Director Strategy with effect from 1 August 2016. Currently Mark van Kruijsbergen (1969) is VP Commercial Market with Solar Nederland.

At BAM Mark van Kruijsbergen’s responsibility will include among other things the continuity of the implementation of the BAM strategy for 2016-2020. Also he will play an important role in developing the future portfolio of the Group. BAM intends to be at the forefront of digitization by using cutting edge design and visualization tools and keeping close to customers evolving requirements. BAM will facilitate this transition by investing in innovation to create an attractive environment for partnerships, anticipating a new way of working in the construction industry.

Mark van Kruijsbergen is coming from Solar Nederland BV (part of Solar AS Group,  active in the Northern European market for sourcing and services of heating, sanitary and ventilation techniques). Previously he worked for Hagemeyer in Germany for three years. Earlier he fulfilled various management positions at Rexel Group for fifteen years. Rexel is a global leader in the distribution of electrical products and services and quoted at Euronext in Paris.

Mark van Kruijsbergen graduated in tax law at Tilburg University.
