BAE Systems funds sell stake in RREEF infra fund

BAE Systems Pension Funds Trustees, BAS Systems 2000 Pension Plan Trustees and Royal Ordinance (Crown Service) Pension Scheme Trustees have sold 100% of their interest in RR.EEF Pan-European Infrastructure Fund L.P.

They have assigned their interest in the fund, a limited partnership registered in England focused on infrastructure assets located in major European economies, to each of the following entities in the following proportions:

  • 5.94% to Pantheon Global Infrastructure Fund II, L.P.,
  • 5.30% to Pantheon Global Infrastructure Fund II (Luxembourg SCSp),
  • 12.70% to Virginia Retirement System,
  • 8.10% to ASGA Global Infrastructure L.P.,
  • 4.75% to Pantheon Global Infrastructure Fund II NPS, L.P.,
  • 5.12% to Industriens Vintage Infrastructure L.P.,
  • 3.90% to Psagot - Pantheon I, L.P.,
  • 41.68% to SL Capital Infrastructure Secondary I LP and
  • 12.50% to IST3 Investmentstiftung.

The fund achieved financial closed in April 2007 when RREEF raised more than €2 billion. At that time RREEF said 40 investors, mostly pension funds and insurance companies from Europe, Asia and North America, participated in the final closing of the fund.
