Argentina creates P3 unitCOLA

 

The government of Argentina has launched the law 27,328 on PPPs, an instrument aimed to attract and accelerate investments from the private sector.

The new regulations for the PPP law will include the creation of a new unit to oversee the plans, namely P3 unitCOLA which will be in charge of the normative centralization of the contracts.

The new scheme aims to facilitate the development of projects in the fields of infrastructure, housing, activities and services, productive investment, applied research and / or technological innovation.
