Arcus Infrastructure Partners LLP appoints Stefano Brugnolo as Partner

Arcus Infrastructure Partners has announced the promotion of Stefano Brugnolo as Partner with effect from 1 November 2017. Stefano has been a senior member of the Arcus Team since its formation in 2009.

Stefano is the Co-Head of the Energy Origination team within Arcus and leads the origination effort in Italy and Central and Eastern Europe. He is Asset Manager and Board Member for Gdansk Transport Company (GTC), the concessionaire for the investment in AmberOne A1 toll road in Poland, following the strategic acquisitions in December 2016, February and March 2017. Since July 2016, Stefano has also been a board member of Forth Ports, the UK landlord port owner and operator. Previously, as part of the Brisa team, Stefano was heavily involved in the take-over and de-listing that completed in April 2013.

Prior to joining Arcus, Stefano was part of the European Infrastructure Team at Babcock & Brown (in both Milan and London) and before that was with Trafigura, a leading independent commodity trading and logistics company. He has more than 11 years of experience in the structuring, execution and management of European infrastructure investments.

Commenting on the promotion, Simon Gray and Ian Harding, Co-Managing Partners of Arcus Infrastructure Partners said,

‘The appointment of Stefano Brugnolo underpins Stefano’s excellent contribution to the development of the firm and proves Arcus’ ability to promote outstanding talent from within the organisation. Stefano’s appointment to Partner demonstrates our continued commitment to developing strong industry expertise across each of the sectors Arcus is operating in.’
