ANI shortlists 10 teams for two road concession projects

Colombian National Infrastructure Agency (ANI) has announced the shortlists for two road PPP projects part of the 4G Concessions Program.

The concessions and the teams selected are:

Santander de Quilichao - Popayán highway

The project cost is estimated at P1.2 billion (US$620 million).

The road concession period is 25 years. One year is for the pre-operational stage, 4 years for the construction and 20 years of the operation and maintenance.

The project consists of the construction of the second carriageway in a stretch of 76 kilometers, crossing the North - Center of the Cauca department. It also includes the construction of 23 bridges and 17 interchanges.

The list of ten consortia qualified for the next phase of the tender process is the following:

Bogotá - Villavicencio sector 1

The project cost is estimated at P2.04 billion (US$1.055 billion).

The total concession period is 25 years. One year is for the pre-operational stage, 4 years for the construction and  20 years for the operation and maintenance.

It includes the construction of the dual carriageway in the route between Bogota and Villavicencio with a total length of 34 kilometers. It includes the construction of 6 tunnels with a total length of 4.5 kilometers and 16 bridges.
