AMP Capital has appointed David Kenny as the investment director of Australia and New Zealand infrastructure equity funds.
David Kenny will join the team on 12 October from Ontario Teacher's Pension Plan Board. He will report to Michael Cummings the head of the equity funds. David Kenny has up to 15 years' experience across investment banking and infrastructure investment. He is specialist focus on the airports sector.
At Ontario Teacher's Pension Plan Board David Kenny was general manager, business development based in Santiago, Chile. He has held senior roles with several firms such as Downer Group, MAp Airports, Qantas Group and Macquarie Group.
Mr. Kenny holds, among others, a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), Law, Honours from the university of Melbourne and a Diploma in Aviation Law from the Aviation Training and Development Institute (IATA), Geneva.

Additionally, AMP Capital has announced Nick Cobham as Portfolio Manager of the AMP Capital Property New Zealand portfolio. Mr Cobham will be responsible for delivering the strategy, growth and investment performance of the portfolio, which includes a diversified portfolio of office, industrial, retail and development properties with a value in excess of NZ$1 billion.
