AD Ports has signed a 30-year concession agreement with the Government of the Republic of the Congo for managing and operating the multipurpose New East Mole Terminal in Pointe-Noire.

AD Ports will be responsible for the development, operation, management, and maintenance of the New East Mole Port. This port will be capable of handling various types of cargo, including containers, general cargo, break-bulk, and more. The company plans to invest over US$500 million throughout the concession's duration, with approximately US$220 million earmarked for the initial phase, which is expected to be completed within the next 30 months.

AD Ports aims to enhance the efficiency of the New East Mole Port by providing digital services and technology solutions. This includes implementing a single-window system, developing software, establishing digital architecture, conducting business analytics, offering digital operations support, and facilitating digital transformation.
