The Arizona Department of Transportation is seeking proposals from qualified firms for external legal advisory services on Public Private Partnership (P3) related projects. 

This legislation grants the Department the authority to utilize P3 as a method to deliver transportation and ancillary projects related to the Department’s mission. The winning bidders will assist the Department and its team of P3 advisors in identifying and evaluating potential P3 projects, project procurements, and all other legal aspects of the P3 program. 

The Department is looking at a broad range of possible P3 opportunities, with projects currently falling in the broad categories of maintenance, land transfers, and enforcement. Potential delivery methods that the Department may consider under its P3 program.

The deadline for interested bidders is on or before January 18, 2017.

A Pre-Offer Conference will be held on Wednesday, January 4, 2017 at 9:00 A.M. MST at the ADOT Procurement Conference room located at 1739 W. Jackson Street - Modular A, Phoenix AZ 85007.
