We've talked many times about PPP projects in Turkey. Donwload it here.Bidders have from 12 September until 18 November to submit statements of qualification. The deadline for bid submissions is December 15th at 16:00 hours. Bidders have to submit a bid bond of $200 million.The tender is estimated at $5-6 billion. All the big European highway operators are very likely to be interested: Abertis, Atlantia, OHL, Brisa, Egis, Vinci, etc. Local companies are also going to play a very important role.
