The Department of Education of Phillipines invites interested parties to apply to pre-qualify to bid for the design, financing, construction, and maintenance of one-storey and two-storey school buildings under 3 packages.

The PPP Projects will be awarded in accordance with the Build-Operate-and Transfer ("BOT") Law (RA No. 6957, as amended by RA No. 7718), and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, through the Build-Lease-and-Transfer ("BLT") modality.
The Project
Each Contract Package will be bid out separately. Interested parties may apply to pre-qualify to bid for a single Contract Package or any combination of Contract Packages.
How to bidProspective Bidders may obtain the Invitation Documents, consisting of (a) this Invitation to PreQualify and to Bid, (b) the Instructions to Prospective Bidders, including the required Qualification Documents, (c) the Draft Minimum Performance Standards and Specifications, and (d) the Information Memorandum, from the Office of the PBAC for PPP Projects, at the DepED Complex in Meralco Avenue, Pasig City, 1600 Philippines, c/o Ms. Theresa Anne Manalastas with Telephone No. (+632) 633-9342 or Fax No. (+632) 631-9640, from 11 January 2012 to 20 April 2012, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of PhP100,000.00.
Prospective Bidders must submit their applications for pre-qualification to the DepED PBAC not later than 10:00 a.m. on 23 April 2012, at the abovementioned Office of the PBAC.
