21 EOIs received for airports concessions in Colombia The Colombian National Infrastructure Agency (ANI) announced on Sept. 20 that it has received 21 expressions of interest to participate in the tender process for two airport concessions.The contracts are split in two Public private partnership tenders for the design, construction and maintenance of:
  1. Tender 1: Barranquilla International Airport
  2. Tender 2: Airports of Armenia, Popoayán and Neiva
The estimated investment will be P$200.000 million (US$105 million) for each tender.The list of investors interested in the project is the following:
  • Infraestructura Concesionada SAS: Infraestructura Concesionada SAS (Colombia) 100%
  • China Harbur Engineering Company Limited: China Harbur Engineering Company  Limited (China) 100%
  • EP Pavcol: Pavimentos Colombia SAS (Colombia) 99% and Industrias Asfálticas Colombia (Colombia) 1%
  • EP Concay Grodco: Concay (Colombia) 50% and CI Grodco S en CA Ingenieros Civiles (Colombia) 50%
  • Oma-Darvy / Colpatria: Grupo Aeroportuario del Centro Norte Sab de CV  (Mexico)  75% and Aeropuerto de Monterrey SA de CV (Mexico) 25%
  • Concesiones Aeroportuarias de Colombia: CSS Constructores S.A (Colombia) 30%, Marval S.A (Colombia) 10%, Construcciones El Cóndor  (Colombia) 15%, Termotécnica CoIndustrial  (Colombia) 10% and Grupo Odinsa S.A (Colombia) 35%
  • EP Aeroportuaria del Caribe y del Interior: Epacin Arquitectos e Ingenieros Asociados AIA S.A (Colombia) 30%, Portales Urbanos S.A (Colombia) 32,5%, Nexus Infraestructura SAS (Colombia) 32,5% and Airavata SAS (Colombia) 5%
  • EP Nuevos Aeropuertos Colombianos NAC Cedicor S.A (Uruguay) 65% and Epican SAS (Colombia) 35%
  • GlassLands Inc: Glass Lands Inc (Panama)  100%
  • Concesionaria Aeropuertos del Desarrollo PFS: China Gezhouba Group Company Limited sucursal Colombia CHINA 50% and Benton SAS (Colombia) 50%
  • Concesionaria AeroBarranquilla SAS: Mario Alberto Huertas  (Colombia) 80% and Inversiones Millenium Azcipo SAS COLOMBIA 20%
  • Sergio Torres Reatiga - Construcciones e Inversiones Beta SAS - Copisa Colombia: Copisa Colombia sucursal de Copisa Constructora Pirenaica S.A (Colombia) 50%, Construcciones e Inversiones Beta SAS (Colombia) 25% and Sergio José Torres Reatiga (Colombia) 25%
  • Concesionaria Aeropuertos Colombia SPV: Valores y Contratos Valorcon S.A (Colombia) 25%, Equipo Universal S.A (Colombia) 25% and RM Holdings SAS (Colombia) 50%
  • EP Aeropuerto Atlántico: Estudios y Proyectos del Sol SAS Episol SAS (Colombia) 60% and Estudios Proyectos e Inversiones de los Andes S.A (Colombia) 40%
There will be 10 shortlisted consortia who will be able to bid for one of the tenders or for both of them.Source: ANI
