19 teams seek to qualify for Colombia's road concession

The Colombian National Infrastructure Agency (ANI) has announced that 19 teams try to qualify for  the Sea highway 2  "Autopista al Mar 2" belonging to  Autopistas para la Prosperidad highway project package.

The estimated investment is 1.57 billion pesos (US$812 million).

This project seeks to improve the connection of the city of Uraba Medellin and the Pacific Coast.

This concession includes 139Km, 27 tunnels and 51 bridges. It includes the following road stretches: Cañasgordas - Uramita; Variante Fuemia; Túnel de Fuemia; Debeiba - Mutatá and Mutatá - El Tigre.

The PPP concession contract cover studies and final designs, financing, environmental management, construction, renovation, operation and maintenance.

A total of 19 consortia seek to qualify:

  1. Strabag AG (70 %) and Concay S.A. (30 %)
  2. Constructora Andrade Gutiérrez (60 %), Pavimentos Colombia S.A.S.(30 %) and SAINC Ingenieros Constructores (10 %)
  3. Grupo Odinsa S.A. (30 %), Construcciones El Cóndor S.A. (40 %), Termotécnica Coindustrial S.A. (10 %), Icein S.A.S. (10 %) and Mota - Engil Engenharia e Construcao S.A. (10 %)
  4. Cintra Infraestructura Colombia S.A.S. (25 %), Ferrovial Servicios Públicos Colombia S.A.S.E.S.P. (25%), Ferrovial Servicios Colombia S.A.S. (25%), Concesia S.A.S. (15%) and MC Victorias Tempranas S.A.S (10%)
  5. IL&FS Trasportation Networks Limited (74 %) and Construcciones e Inversiones Beta S.A.S (26%)
  6. CSS Constructores (30%), Carlos Alberto Solarte Solarte (10%), Controladora de operaciones de infraestructura S.A. (35%), Alca Ingenierias S.A.S.  (5%), and Latinoamericana de construcciones S.A. (20%).
  7.  Consultora Humberto Odebrecht de Colombia Ltda. (75%), and Odebrecht Latinvest (25%)China Gezhouba Group
  8. Company Limited Sucursal Colombia (50 %), and Benton S.A.S. (50%)
  9.  Sacyr Concesiones Colombia S.A.S.(55 %), and Sacyr Colombia  (45%)
  10. OHL Concesiones Colombia S.A.S.(60 %) and OHL Concesiones Chile S.A. (40 %)
  11. Graña y Montero S.A.A.  (50%), and  Iridium Colombia Concesiones Varias S.A.S. (50 %)
  12. Vinci Concessions S.A.S.(50 %) and Constructora Conconcreto S.A. (50 %)
  13. Corporacion de los Constructores y Estructuras Transportadoras-Alcun (90%), and Medidores Tecnica y Equipos (10%)
  14. Shikun & Binui Concesiones AG (50 %) and CI Grodco S en CA Ingenieros Civiles (50 %)
  15.  Tradeco Infraestructura Sucursal Colombia (40 %), Isolux Ingeniería S.A.S Sucursal Colombia (40%), and Construvicol S.A (20%)
  16. Coninsa Ramon NH S.A. (5%), SP Ingenieros S.A.S. (20%), Procopal SA (5%), Cointer Concesiones (20%), Construcciones Rubau S.A. (20%), Sinohydro Group Ltda. (25%), Explanan S.A. (2.5%), and Ingeniería y Vias S.A.S (2.5%)
  17. Estudios y Proyectos del Sol EPISOL S.A.S. (60 %),and  Colombiana de Licitaciones y Concesiones (40%)
  18. Infraestructura Concesionada S.A.S. Infracon S.A.S. (50 %), Acciona Concesiones Chile Ltda. (50 %)
  19. Construcción y Administración S.A - CASA (25 %), Hidalgo e Hidalgo Colombia S.A.S. (25 %) Mario Alberto Huertas Cotes. (25%) and Constructura Meco S.A .Sucursal Colombia (25 %)
