Ventia was created in 2015 following the merger of Leighton Contractors Services division, Thiess Services and Visionstream. The company's services span the full asset lifecycle – from design, minor capital works and operations and maintenance, asset management and facilities management, through to decommissioning – complemented by technology-enabled solutions and deep technical expertise. Ventia provides operation, maintenance, and management of public and private assets and infrastructure.
