Veículo de Privatization MG Investimentos S.A. – VDMG Investimentos is a public company, whose full subscriber of the share capital is the Federal Government, and is linked to the Ministry of Economy, whose exclusive purpose is to participate, as a shareholder, in the share capital of the wholly-owned subsidiary of CBTU responsible for the transport operation of passengers on rails in the state of Minas Gerais and currently linked to the Belo Horizonte Regional Superintendence (STU-BH).
