The company began its activities in 1978 carrying out maintenance tasks at the YPF Distillery in Ensenada and Berisso, 1983 under the direction of its current management it participates in the Public and Private Works market, placing emphasis on five branches:

• SANITATION (Sanitary Works, water and sewage networks, treatment plants)
• HYDRAULIC (Storage, bridges and coastal defences)
• ARCHITECTURE (Prison establishments, hospitals and schools)
• HOUSES (Neighborhoods of houses of provincial and federal plans)
• WORKS OF ART (Bridges under levels, road bridges)
• ELECTROMECHANICAL (High/Medium and Low Voltage Distribution Networks and Transformer Substations)
